Paul Reed Smith 58/15 Treble & Bass Pickups RARE & IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!

Here's a pair of Paul Reed Smith 58/15 pickups. BRAND NEW & NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND. At first they were only available in Private Stock models models, now they are available in the new McCarty and P245 models.  In perfect condition. Paul Reed Smith acquired exclusive rights to the original pickup wire from the original machine used to make Gibson's most revered ‘50s era pickups in 2008, and began making the 57/08 pickups which have become one of the best sounding and most sought after pickups on he market. There is a limited supply of this wire which keeps PRS from making them too available. These 58/15's are made with the same wire. 
Paul Smith has taken what he's learned from the 57/08 pickups and furthered the design in the 58/15's. These have a slightly higher output than the 57/08's but with a little less output than the 59/09's.  The 58/15's have extended high and low end while retaining the same classic vibe.  Very tight and focused bottom end with an openness and articulation that would work for any musical situation - from classic rock to more modern, heavy gain. Incredibly versatile too -  they sound fantastic in humbucker mode and sound amazing when coil tapped for realistic single coil tones. Paul Smith describes them as being the perfect vintage style pickup with a classic voice & exceptional clarity. 
This is a rare opportunity as these pickups are not available as retail replacement pickups for purchase. The only way to get them is when someone takes them out of a guitar and sells them or when you buy a high end,  USA made PRS guitar model with them already in it. These are wired with shielded braided lead and coil tap wires. Compatible with a 3-way toggle with or without a push pull tone knob to coil tap.
