Ludwig Vintage 64/65 3 Ply (Mahogany/Poplar/Mahogany with Maple re-rings) 14" X 22" Blue Sparkle Bass Drum Shell. Small Keystone Badge #500849. White interior, no date stamp. Factory drilled for a 782 Rail Consolette, a pair of Gull Wing Spurs and 20 Large Classic Lugs.
There is damage on one side where the re-ring has come unglued. It is in tact, just needs to be re-glued. There is what appears to be water damage to all 3 plys in that area. It will need to be filled, sanded and glued. The other side and re-ring is in decent condition. I would recommend re-cutting both bearing edges when repairs are completed. The blue sparkle cover is in good shape with only minor lifting on one seam. Great project drum with no extra or non-factory holes drilled. Shell seems to be in round.
