The finish and relic job on the Cunetto are unmatched by anything being attempted these days, even Masterbuilts. Check out the forums; this guy was king. The finish is incredible. Metallic Gold is the lowest-numbered custom color produced from 1996 to 1999. When these came out at NAMM 1995/96, people believed they were genuine 1950s guitars. So much so that they warranted a brand name to avoid misleading consumers. (Back of the headstock and under the pickguard)

The neck is a chunky V-profile. It looks and feels like it. I've never seen a higher profile neck on a Strat before... The nitro finish on the neck and body doesn't look like today's newer relic jobs; it's just old school.

These Cunetto Strats have the most authentic Strat sound I've ever heard. The neck is straight and the action is low. The frets are practically free of any wear. The pickups deliver a wide range of tones. All the electronics work as they should. This is a solid example. (COA is missing but can be ordered separately.) Original hardshell case included. Not to mention, it comes with the original gig bag in the middle pocket. Great investment opportunity and a chance to own one of the best guitars ever made.
