For your prime listening and viewing pleasure is this fabulous 9" Zildjian A 1st/2nd (Pre-Trans) stamp splash cymbal from the 1940-46 period.
It's in great condition considering its age with a lovely low, musical splash and a quick decay. This was the sound favored by the greats of the era, such as Gene, Buddy, and Louie.
There is the classic amazing waviness found in all thin cymbals of this era - part of what makes them amazing! There is some edge roughness, but no flea bites, no cracks, and no bends. The hole has a small dent. It weighs in at a perfect 190 grams. Enjoy!
