Brutal fuzz pedal hand built by Portland Oregon based Blackhawk Amplifiers. I’m not for sure but I believe these are not in his current production line. So a bit of a rare pedal and definitely sought after! Great for sludge and doom metal!
I do not have the original box but it will come with a plain white effects pedal box and very well packed and insured thru reverb.
The Blackhawk Amplifiers Gandalf is a one knob octave up fuzz. It features a ripping op-amp circuit blasting a transformer and germanium diodes, yielding a heavy blend of distortion, ring modulation, and octave-up effects.
Controls: One master knob to control the intensity of the spell.
Tone: Delivers gnarly square-wave grit, soaring octaves, and loads of volume.
Stacking: Designed to sit nicely before or after other drive and dirt pedals on your board.
