Catalinbread GALILEO MKII [223660] (06/08)

Singing British Drive

The Catalinbread GALILEO MKII is an amp-like overdrive that captures the essence of a VOX-style amp sound boosted by a treble booster. It produces a distinctive British rock tone with sparkling highs, punchy mids, and a lingering sustain.

Thanks to its JFET circuitry, it responds sensitively to picking dynamics and guitar volume, allowing for seamless control from clean to lead tones. Despite its simple operation, it offers exceptional expressiveness and pairs exceptionally well with single-coil pickups.
