Colossus Audio - SIGNS - Voltage Controlled Double Delay
SIGNS represents a unique Echo-Delay design centered around 2 PT2399 ICs. This module delivers a spectrum of sonic possibilities, offering 400ms of relatively pristine signal alongside nearly 2 seconds of gritty, degraded output, characterized by glitchy, noisy repetitions.
What sets this module apart is its ability to split a single input signal into two distinct Delay paths running in parallel. This allows users to craft intricate rhythmic patterns and unexpected textures. Moreover, each Delay channel features a glitch/degrade generator, gradually distorting the signal in a circuit-bent fashion, producing compellingly crushing noises over time.
Furthermore, SIGNS boasts a POST GAIN stage with a switchable Soft/Hard clipping mode for added versatility. The D1 and D2 send outputs can be configured for stereo operation or utilized independently to explore diverse spatial effects.
In essence, this module immerses users in a sea of delay, offering an almost boundless array of tonal possibilities...
