Hamer USA Chaparral Standard Guitar- 1988- Neon Yellow- 8lbs 4oz w/OHSC

Here we have a pre owned Hamer USA Chaparral Standard electric guitar.  Made in 1988.  Classic late 1980's super shredder guitar,   Neon Yellow gloss finish.  Mahogany body, bolt- on Maple neck, and a 24- fret Rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays.  HSS pickup configuration with a German made Schaller double locking Floyd Rose tremolo.  Master Volume and Tone controls with a 5- way blade switch.  25.5" scale length with a 1 5/8th nut width.  Anodized aluminum back plates for the control  and tremolo cavities. This guitar weighs 8lbs 4oz.  It comes with its original hard shell case, tremolo arm and allen wrench.  The case is in great shape with all latches and hinges working nicely.  
This Hamer has just been pro setup by our technician and plays silky smooth.  Strung with D'Addario 9-42's.  The neck is perfectly straight and the truss rod is working nicely with good travel in either direction.  The frets are in excellent condition with very minimal signs of play wear.  They have their whole life ahead of them.  This guitar plays cleanly up and down the fingerboard with no issues.  
Cosmetically, this guitar is in very good condition.  There are finish marks, chips, and small indents.   The guitar has some paint chips along the edges.  Mostly along the bottom and lower sides.  There are some very small indents on the top.  On the upper horn, on the bass side of the guitar there are a couple of finish cracks, they look a bit like finish checks.  There is also one on the back bottom side of the guitar.  The top of the headstock has some finish marks on the very top.   Please see all photos.
