Bill Lawrence / (possibly Morris) LP Copy late 70's (REDUCED)

This Les Paul copy guitar is beautiful (looks like a black beauty) and plays like a friggin' dream but I have been unable to find much info online about it. I found a forum where someone mentioned it being a Morris/Moridaira-manufactured guitar from Japan (most likely mid to late 1970's). I am not representing any facts because I'm not an expert. I've never removed pickups or neck or taken a screw out of it. I did adjust the height of the pickups which made me believe it was pretty much hardly used since they were very low from the strings. It's not seen much playing time by looking at it but it does have a little expected light belt rash on back and a scuff or two around the body but is gorgeous and glossy overall! I'm no expert but it feels like a Paul to me! Big rich sound/tone through these humbuckers! Appears to be all original.

The price listed DOES NOT include a case, but if preferred I have a very nice, almost new Roadrunner hard shell case that fits it perfectly. I will include this case for an extra $75.00 - if interested I'll send you a picture (or three) :)
