Great flashy guitar with that classic S-model tone. If you ever wanted the warm tone of a rosewood fingerboard neck, but wished you still had a bit of that solid maple neck presence? This is the perfect guitar for you.
The Royal Blackwood (basically Roasted Purpleheart) fingerboard has the look of a uniform colored ebony fingerboard, but warmer. The tone sits right between a rosewood and solid maple tone.
That "snap" is there when you need it. Paired with a set of Lollar Dirty 64's, the 60's tone with the bit of high end response really offers an almost perfectly EQ'd tone.
Painted by a professional custom shop finisher for many different guitar companies who wishes to remain anonymous.The metal flake finish (made by Tropical Glitz) is jewel-like. This guitar was meant to get stage attention. There are various shades of purple and cobalt blue metal flakes in this finish.
I've tried to include as many images to demonstrate that depending on the lighting, this finish can go between a Concord grape to reddish raspberry.
