Patent No. sticker T-top from a 1972 Gibson SG neck position with treble pickup cover and screws/springs.
.
The chrome plating doesn't have any pitting except for a few tiny pots on the screw poles. The light oxidation/weathering will polish out but there may be scratches into the chrome plating.
.
The pickup measures at 7.45k and has more than a foot of lead. A lot of T-tops from the time had this type of grey insulation shielded leads. It was missing the four #2 slotted frame plate mounting screws, except one of them was being used as a pickup ring screw. It's included as well as the four new brass-plated steel screws currently installed. It was paired with a swapped-in '79 T-top that's available in a separate listing.. it also measures 7.45k but has a shorter lead.
.
This listing includes the one T-top, both embossed covers, springs and slotted screws.. all original to 1972. The screws are likely nickel plated and have oxidized heavily.
