Guitar is in very good shape
Recently setup with lemon oil added to fretboard
Some finish checking below the bridge but guitar is still structurally good. (this can be repaired via refinish and is purely cosmetic)

Absolutely love this guitar. The special thing about the S771 is that you get the deeper mid depth bowl, which gives you better low end warmth than the other balladeers like the 1861 when playing unplugged, without being too big to where it’s uncomfortable to hold. For people with smaller hands like me it feels like the perfect guitar.
