This list consists of things that are clearly not originally.
Tuners, these are actual Gibson repro, so that they can match the guitar and what was originally on
Output jack square, this was replaced with an aluminum metal one
Frets, from the original owner they got worn down completely and he had jumbos put on it years ago which are currently in great condition

Strap buttons, these are Schaller locking

Case handel, original broke off years ago

This list consists of things that are maybe

Neck pick up ring, it looks right but I think the color is slightly off
Pickguard, once again the color is slightly off which makes me question it a little

Your pick ups clearly are and they are stamped with the patent number.
You can even see in the pick up cavities this was not a deluxe that got changed, this was clearly a standard from this year

The guitar altogether is a great player, it sounds wonderful it plays wonderful. It's still very pretty and does not have any damage, just some Wear on the finish. The action is superb. The electronic sound wonderful
