Near mint condition.
My first electric guitar was a black, Memphis 'Les Paul Custom' copy (it must have weighed 12 lbs) that I bought at a pawn shop for $99 in 1994. The headstock broke, I had it fixed, and it eventually broke again. So I got this real Les Paul Custom because the Memphis that died looked just like this, with the chrome hardware, speedknobs, and 'rosewood-looking' fretboard (rosewood fretboards weren't available in 2011 due to supply problems). However, I never really got into this guitar for purely nostagic reasons, as I was starting to love P-90s, and these '57 humbuckers were just too dark for me.
All this to say that I barely played this guitar: it's essentially new, no blemishes or anything (some dust maybe). Includes the original factory paperwork and Gibson hardshell case. I’m also including a black leather Gibson strap I got for this, as I won’t be needing it anymore.
