Early MIT Boss SD-1 Super Overdrive, you want a vintage MIJ sound on an MIT budget, this is it.
Early Taiwan SD-1's are older Boss/ACA adapter requirement - so either a Boss ACA adapter, 9v battery, or 12v adapter powers it - a typical everyday 9v 200mA adapter will not be sufficient power, the light will be dim and the output distorted (in a non-desirable manner).
THIS PEDAL HAS ALREADY BEEN CONVERTED TO 9vDC SPEC
