The guitar has been checked and set up by a luthier (including fret leveling and neck shim). It was only used at home in a non-smoking household as an additional practice instrument and was never played outside the practice room.

The signs of wear are minimal and purely cosmetic and do not affect the sound or playability of the instrument. Aside from the aforementioned service, no modifications have been made to the instrument.

The simple reason for selling is that the guitar isn't played as often as it deserves.
