The Magic Amps Vibro-Deluxe is widely regarded as one of the finest modern recreations of the legendary mid-1960s AB763-era Fender Deluxe Reverb circuit ever produced. Built with an uncompromising attention to detail and an ear toward the feel, response, and dimensionality of the very best original examples, these amplifiers have become exceptionally difficult to find since production ceased.

This particular example is a fully loaded build featuring all of the available upgrades offered during production, including the upgraded metal faceplate, courtesy AC receptacle, push-pull bright cap on the Vibrato channel volume control, and a premium set of NOS RCA Black Plate 6V6GT power tubes.

Loaded with an Eminence Alessandro GA-SC30 12” ceramic speaker, the amp delivers the unmistakable sparkle, warmth, and harmonic depth associated with the finest blackface-era American amplifiers while maintaining exceptional clarity and responsiveness under the fingers.

Clean tones are wide, open, and articulate with a soft compression that feels incredibly musical, while pushing the amp introduces a smooth, harmonically rich breakup that never loses note definition. The onboard tube-driven reverb and tremolo are lush and dimensional in the way players hope for when chasing authentic AB763 character.

Perhaps most importantly, these Magic builds offer the reliability and consistency many vintage originals simply cannot. They were designed to capture the soul of an original blackface Deluxe Reverb while functioning as dependable, roadworthy professional amplifiers. It’s no surprise this same model has been heavily used by Julian Lage both on tour and in the studio over the last several years.

Condition is excellent+, showing only light cosmetic Tolex wear consistent with a carefully used pre-owned amplifier, with nothing particularly noticeable. The amp remains completely original and was recently inspected by our good friend Mark Bartel of Bartel Amps, who gave it a clean bill of health.
