Framus Strato Super 5/155-52 - All Original - Includes Often Missing Tremolo Bar - Clean Sound, Clean Finish - Sturdy Goya Style Hard Case - 1967

I am selling a Framus Strato Super 5/155-52 Solid Body Guitar, made in Bavaria Germany around 1967. It is all original, in very good to excellent condition, straight neck, frets that looked like they have probably been leveled but play clean, clean sounding pickups, smooth finish with only a few small nicks and some stable surface creasing.

There are a few non-original screws holding in a few of the tuners on the back of the headstock. The knobs are original to the guitar, as is everything else. This lipstick Red Strato is as clean as you are likely to find and plays with low action and smooth frets. Includes the rare and hard to find Tremolo bar.

There is a truss rod, I have not had to use it so have not tested it. The tuners are original and hold tune the A tuner can be a bit tight and I have put some lubrication on them and this helps a lot.

The case is a Goya style hard plastic shell with velvet style fabric lining that has some cloth tears on the top. It is used but very sturdy and will protect the Strato in style.

I have included an image of the fret heights @ first, sixth and 12th fret on either side of the neck. I can send the individual pics if you like.

Scale is 24.75 inches and the overall length is about 41 inches.

Important note: This 60ish year old guitar is sold as-described, not to be returned. I have included all useful information and images I can imagine. If you intend to hop on the stage with it you will need to have it gone over by yourself or a reputable tech before you do so and it will most likely need a setup, which could include truss rod adjustment and string height adjustment.
