This gorgeous guitar comes new in the box from Japan, but is already inside the US, so there is no hassle of international shipping, and more importantly - no tariffs. A great playing strat with a comfortable U-shaped neck, this limited edition guitar feels as great as it looks.
From Fender: Influenced by the 1967 “Summer of Love” and “Flower Power” movements, which also had a significant impact on global fashion, Fender introduced the “Blue Flower” and “Paisley Telecaster” models. These products, featuring an unconventional design with bold decals covering the entire body, were particularly popular among rockabilly and country western players. Even after production ceased, they have been reissued numerous times. These guitars, which hold a special place in Fender's history, will be reissued in 2025 as a limited-edition product made in Japan.
The Made in Japan Limited Stratocaster® Blue Flower features a gloss finish alder body with the Blue Flower sheet applied. The 7.25-inch radius 1969 “U” shape maple neck, equipped with 21 vintage-style frets, delivers a classic playing feel faithful to the original. The blue burst around the perimeter has been re-colored for a deeper vintage look.
The floral cover over the pickguard isn't perfectly fitted to the pickguard and comes off of a little bit it in a few places.
