Vintage/Antique 12" Hi-Hat Cymbal with 6 Sizzle Jingles added. These cymbals were made of brass and popular from the 1930's, 1940's and 1950's. This cymbal is an unmarked, unbranded "Mystery Cymbal" with no stamp. Medium Weight - 872 grams. (Top Cymbal only)

The cymbal is in pretty good pre-owned condition for being at least 75 years old, maybe closer to 90.. The cymbal has some minor dents around the edges. The cymbal is clean on top with a natural patina underneath. The cymbal has some spots and scuffs throughout. The jingles show some spots and natural wear. See photos for conditions. The cymbal actually measures 11 7/8"

The jingles are not original and were added later by me to enhance the "chick" sound and add a sizzle effect too. 6 double jingles, there are silver jingles under the brass jingles, attached with nickel rivets.

Adding the jingles to the cymbal is my tribute to the original Leedy sizzle cymbal, I refinished a bunch of Leedy drums a while back..

Also please note: The hole on these vintage cymbals is generally 3/8" (and only fits vintage hardware) The hole on this cymbal has been opened up to 1/2" to fit modern hi-hat and cymbal hardware.

I am listing a handful of similar cymbals, so please check my other items.

Any questions, message me.
Thanks!
