Well-Hung "Chocolate Bar" 3" wide padded brown leather guitar strap, with texture
The Well-Hung "Chocolate Bar" is a one-off strap, in my back-buckle Class Act format. Made out of buttery mid-brown garment leather, luxury-padded, 3" wide, and adjusts from 43" to 60" via a protected back buckle system with a sturdy nickel buckle.
My father passed away a few months ago, we've been cleaning out his closet. The back buckle system is set up with one of his old belts, pretty nice shape, good sturdy leather and buckle, not something I could use for myself. The main body leather is a matching leather I had stashed in my "Leather Library" that is.. a cache of interesting things I keep here usually reserved for custom work. This particular leather is from way back in the days when I started out over ten years ago. I was regularly buying up leather overcoats / dress jackets and such from thrift shops then deconstructing and upcycling the leather as I was learning my craft. Normally these days I'm buying a lot of new hides, but I still use garment or upholstery leather I salvage from time-to-time. The reason I kept this particular piece aside was because it has this very unusual sewn-in texture. You can see on the front of the strap how the leather was repeatedly "pinched" and then stitched in regular intervals, to my eye it has a sort of segmented "chocolate bar" effect - an appearance amped up due to the fact the leather is pretty much the exact colour of milk chocolate too. It's different and provides an interesting texture. Not recommended for dietary uses or consumption.
My "Class Act"1 format is something I normally prefer to reserve for custom work, as I believe it is one of my more comfortable and elegant put-togethers. It allows for a very wide range of easy adjustment, you don't even have to remove your guitar! The buckle on the back end is protected from contact with your instrument with my own "Pass-Thru" design. One last thing, the back buckle system also allows a very smooth back of the strap... there is no "knot" where the tail strap doubles over, I know that does irritate a small number of players. This solves that. Good sturdy reinforced leather for the nose and tail strap.
The interior lining is light camel velvety faux suede, that is rather grippy and tough. Strap is padded to a medium heavy level, layers of carved upholstery foam in the shoulder area. All stitched securely with strong upholstery thread.
Well-Hung guitar straps are borne to perform! Made with love for my guitary brothers and sisters. I am definitely not a factory, a robot, or an importer. I handcraft each and every strap. If you have special needs hit me up! About 30% of the work I do are bro-to-bro customs, don't even show up in the store. I do suggest trying one of my regular stock straps first... see if the vibe and flow is right for you.
I love guiding fellow musicians towards a more comfortable guitar experience. Please take time to check my reviews, you’re gonna get your monies' worth. Really, Well-Hung Warriors tell it the best! You'll see over ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Over 1,285 5-Star Reverb Feedbacks ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ All kinds of fun words/experiences to see if you'd fit with the cast of characters in the Well-Hung clan. Once in action, you'll likely be asked where you found this strap. You might even help by spreading the word! I always consider, sometimes even accept offers on my work, but by doing so you automatically deny yourself my famous Well-Hung swag if I accept.
Pro Tip: You probably want the swag. ;-)

My 'merican brothers, your shipping cost is now higher. I've struggled for months on how to re-open my store for your market. Only way is add the new US-imposed duty to your shipping, plus a small fee to facilitate my pre-payment of it via the Zonos app. Otherwise, I cannot ship. Here's how it works: I can't ship 'til all duties get pre-paid to your government. I've added the extra cost to your shipping to cover this duty in advance. It’s the only way I can ship. Once I ship, Reverb pays me. There's NO extra profit for me, only a carefully-calculated expense (and quite a bit more back end work!). Your top dude chose tariffs & duty as a sort of import tax, so they’re on you, NOT me! I've made NO price increases on my goods or shipping for any other market, so fair value remains. My sincere hope is no surprises. Zonos estimates duty costs, so there *may* be small discrepancies, they assure shippers it’s rare. If your landed cost ends up over $10 US more than what you paid, and you paid FULL asking price (not an offer), please contact me with details and receipts. Please know this duty situation is as frustrating for me as it may be for you and I thank you for understanding. Above all, my goal is to make sure all guitars of the world are Well-Hung! Not here to quibble, prices for shipping + tariffs are rounded up or down to the nearest dollar. Questions regarding the new W-H store policy for USA shipping? Message me prior to purchase.
