Hamer Newport Pro Jazz (NewProJZC), New Hartford Conn., USA. 2000. It has a tight-grained solid carved Spruce Top with "F" Holes in a very nice Jazzburst finish. The Mahogany semi-hollowbody and Mahogany neck are in a darker finish, Rosewood Fingerboard with dots. The top, neck and headstock are bound in Ivoried. 1 11/16 nut, 24.75" scale length, stop tailpiece and adjustable bridge. Grover Imperial Tuners. Electronics: 1-Volume knob, 1- tone knob and a 3-way switch. The pickups are Seth Lover Humbuckers by Duncan. (Most Newports have P-90 Duncans) This guitar resonates very well acoustically, is lightweight and very versatile fitting many-most genera's of music. It is in excellent Condition showing some very light wear when held in the right angle of light, two small finish areas on back of the neck. That's glare on the heelstock photo, not blems! This is a high quality USA made instrument. This instrument has spent most of it's life in the Original Hamer TKL Case. Thanks!
