Quatre Gain cell-DG250 1980 - Black

Aside from some normal nicks and dings, this component was very well taken care of. This belonged to a friend of the family. He bought it new in 1980, and then it was given to me in 2000. I have had it ever since, always maintaining it and keeping it as clean and well-stored as possible when not in use. This power amplifier is highly sought after by audiophiles who are into vinyl. I've had it paired with a Nikko Beta3 pre-amp and a set of Monitor Audio silver 7 towers- simply outstanding—plenty of punch and tons of color. One of the best attributes of this piece is its build quality. This amp was built at a time when companies( especially new, smaller companies) wanted their products to be associated with words like quality, dependability, and high-end craftsmanship. The DG-250 is right at home in this category.
