- Description : 1960's alloy junction germanium transistor. Selected for low noise with heat sink for temperature stability. Excellent sounding transistors for anything audio. Tested for gain and leakage. Leakage is low and gain is high rated between 70 ~ 140 hFe avg around 85. Tested in fuzz face circuit and sounds great in Q1 or Q2 position depending on gain range.
