This is a Vintage Short Shank Selmer Soloist that was customized by Fred Rast, who also customized Kenny Garret's short shank selmer soloists!
The mouthpiece was refaced, chamber opened, and tip opened to a size J as indicated my Fred's inscription (I believe this is .096). It's an incredible mouthpiece that feels very open blowing, with a fat dark tone. It accompanied my 1946 Selmer SBA for two decades, I just don't play sax anymore so am eager to get the mouthpiece into a player's hands.
Comes with a cap and a basic Bonade ligature if you want.
