1964 Epiphone FT-45 "Cortez" in Very Good Condition. The neck is straight and the action is low. Frets are in good shape with plenty of life left. This is the sister model to the Gibson B-25N. X braced with a solid spruce top, soild mahogany back and sides, with Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard. Original Kluson tuners. Has one minor, professionally repaired top crack, properly cleated on the inside of the guitra , running parallel to the side of the pickguard nearest the sound hole. Has checking a few dings here and there (see photos) but nothing unusual for a 61 year old vintage guitar. Very nice sounding and playing guitar. Serial #234826. Comes with a non-original hardshell case.
