Original 1959 Fender Esquire Neck featuring a maple neck finished in clear gloss that has aged wonderfully over time to an amber hue.
1.650″ nut width (nut has been replaced) and refretted with medium jumbo frets (minor pitting). Original Brazilian rosewood slab board, original phenolic resin 'clay' dots with 'clay' side dots. Original string tree, although original riser has been replaced. There has been another string tree installed at some point however has been removed.
The guitar has seen numerous tuners, most likely Gotohs with oversized ferrules ('Panda Eyes' showing' however included is a set of ferrules fitted.
No Pencil Marking on the end of neck as per 1959 however "3' is marked at the backside of the heel.
Truss rod is fully functional and has ample room both sides.
