WAS an MXL 990, NOW a "Poor Man's TLM67". Completely modified schoeps CMC5 transformerless circuit: Nichicon Gold and Panasonic FM electrolytics, Wima Film caps, Genuine Toshiba 2SK170BL JFET, 5% 1GOhm resistors. M49-style grill. Selling this and everything else (see other listings) due to stage 4 cancer....
The Stock 990 is a POS, but this mod turns it into a mic rivaling $500>$600 microphones.
NOTE: NO shock mount and NO case...it is as you see it.
