Vintage 1959-1963 Brown Fender Jazzmaster / Jaguar Case
This is the correct case for your highly desirable 1958 or 1959 "Gold Guard" Slab-Board Jazzmaster. It's also correct for any early 60's JM or the very first run of Jaguars.
Rarely available and in fine shape, this is one of the nicest 50's Fender brown tolex cases we've ever had in stock. For some reason, these always seem to get beat to death, but this one is a VERY nice
This is the slightly longer Jazzmaster case but will also fit a Stratocaster or a Telecaster with an extra 1.5-2" of clearance above the headstock area.
Many folks use these as an alternative to the more expensive Strat sized case.
The interior is in great shape with just the general signs of wear you'd expect for a case that is 68 years old. No funky odors, no rips or tears.
This is a VERY clean case - The exterior has all it's original hardware (handle, latches and "feet"). The leather ends are well preserved with no fraying. The tolex exterior is in very fine shape with no damage. Don't miss this one!
