I purchased two of these amps new from Circuit City around 1987-1988, one to use, and one for a backup unit. While I’ve had one in my system since purchase, this unit was a display in Circuit City’s High-Fi Room which only saw usage during a demo to a customer. It has not been used since the day I purchased it, but has been in storage. Due to it’s display in Circuit City’s Hi-Fi Room, it got a nick in the left hand wood panel and some paint scratched of the metal beside the left meter which has been touched up.
Tested a couple of days ago with music, speakers, etc., and everything works as it should including both meter lights. Listed in excellent condition since it has not seen any usage since the day I purchased it. If you understand what these units do for music, then no further explanation is needed…
