  • Four Conductor Cable
  • Includes matching trim ring
  • Model #11107-01-7STR
  • 21 Day Real World Exchange
Product Description This version of the SH-1 is designed for 7 string guitars and includes a four conductor hookup cable and matching trim ring. The Seymour Duncan SH-1n is a versatile PAF-type humbucker similar to the original "Patent Applied For" humbucker that was invented by Seth Lover at Gibson in the 1950's. Great for country, jazz, blues, funk, classic rock and heavy rock. This pickup provides a late-'50s, vintage-correct, humbucker sound. The sound is warm with crystalline clean tones and provides full and bright distorted tones, with smooth sustain. Compared to the SH-55 Seth Lover, the '59 has slightly more scooped mids and is vacuum wax potted for squeal-free performance. Players include Ben Harper (neck & bridge), Robben Ford (neck &anp; bridge), Mike Einzinger / Incubus (neck), Robert Smith / The Cure. 21 Day Real World Exchange Policy Purchase and install this pickup and check it out with your own gear, in places you normally play - concert halls, the studio, your bedroom - wherever. If you are unhappy with the pickup for any reason, you can exchange it for another Seymour Duncan pickup of equal or lesser value within 21 days of purchase. You pay only shipping and handling costs and any price difference for the replacement pickup. A return authorization from Seymour Duncan is required, and the pickup must be returned in good condition, with the original parts and packaging intact.
