Ivy Pedals is proud to present the LPF-2, an analog low-pass filter in effect pedal format. This is Version 3, released in 2025 with new (shiny) graphic faceplates, and these orange, black, and white LPF-2 pedals were built in February 2026. New demos coming soon, but it's the same circuit on the inside.

The LPF-2 is, simply put, a resonant low-pass filter. It is a 2nd order/2-pole low pass filter with independent frequency, resonance, and level controls. A staple of synthesizer circuits, the resonant low-pass filter is now available for your pedalboard! Use as a top-notch tone shaper, EQ, mixing tool, or as an effect in it's own right.

Controls:

Frequency - Sets the frequency cutoff, higher frequencies will be cut off past that point. (~250Hz to ~ 22.5kHz)

Resonance - Changes the 'shape' of the filter; a sharp peak is formed in the frequency response near the cutoff frequency.

Volume - Sets the output volume, unity gain is ~6 depending on how much resonance there is and how much of your signal is filtered.

This version features all new graphics, an orange LED, black/orange knobs, and a textured black enclosure. True bypass, runs on your standard 9v pedal power supply (center negative). Runs on 12v, too!

Be sure to check out the Filter IV by Ivy Pedals, which is this pedal + the HPF-2 high-pass filter...
