Original Vintage 1959–1961 Fender Brown Tolex Hardshell Case with Yellow Interior
This stunning original vintage Fender brown tolex hardshell case fits a Fender Jazzmaster and is one of the early examples of brown tolex cases from Fender: It features the desirable latch positioned directly in the middle of the handle, along with the earlier yellow interior, as opposed to the more orange interior seen from late 1961 onward.
The case is in good overall condition. There is some decorative artwork painted on the front of the case. We’ve chosen to leave it intact, as it adds character and tells a story from the case’s past; however, it can of course be removed by the next owner if desired.
