DeArmond M77 Wine Metallic

The DeArmond M77 in Wine Red Metallic is a highly regarded, retro-inspired single-cut electric produced around 2000–2001 during the Guild/DeArmond era, just before the DeArmond brand was phased out. With its carved maple top over a chambered agathis body, the M77 delivers a classic single-cut feel with a slightly lighter, more resonant response than many solidbody counterparts. Tonally, it shines in rock, blues, and roots styles, offering impressive build quality and sound at a price point that continues to make these guitars a great value on the used market.

A set maple neck and bound rosewood fingerboard with block inlays provide a familiar, comfortable playing experience, while USA-made DeArmond Gold Tone humbuckers deliver rich, articulate tones with plenty of vintage character. Traditional controls—individual volume and tone knobs for each pickup and a three-way selector—keep everything intuitive and flexible. Hardware includes a tune-o-matic style bridge and stop tailpiece, finished in chrome, rounding out a guitar that balances classic looks, solid craftsmanship, and inspiring tone.

This DeArmond M77 is in very good condition. Minimal fret wear. There are some scratches from normal playing wear.
