This is a vintage Sharp cassette deck with some really forward-thinking features for the timeframe (1981). It was the first tape deck with a microprocessor and also has bias adjustment and Dolby NR. It also has a timer-enabled switched outlet. It got a full service visit from our cassette tech during which time he:
- Replaced belt, idler tire, capstan sleeve
- Tested display/programmer
- Calibrated playback and record functions
The only cosmetic flaw is that the aluminum Output knob is missing, an easy e-Bay find. The feet are missing as well.
We pack all vintage gear with great care for safe arrival. This will be insulated with six sides of custom foam, bubble and double boxed.
