early 80’s Boogie Bodies lefty/reverse headstock bass neck Van Halen/Michael Anthony

New Old Stock vintage Boogie Bodies bass neck (lefty or as reverse headstock righty). This neck has been in the Seattle area since it was made in Puyallup WA in the early 80’s. These legendary necks and bodies changed the face of modern guitar/bass design. Made famous by Michael Anthony introducing Eddie Van Halen to the guys at Charvel guitars. Boogie Bodies also made necks and bodies for early Schecter instruments, DiMarzio & Mighty Mite. This neck has never been fretted or drilled out for installation. I also have an original walnut dinky right hand precision body. I am considering using the pieces to build a Michael Anthony inspired bass build. But I’m first going to see if someone is more motivated to use this impossibly hard to find bass neck.
