The Tellisonic set by Ron Ellis is a Tele-sized homage to the classic DeArmond Dynasonic. Built using components from Ron’s proprietary Ellisonic design, it delivers the same bold, dynamic character in a no-mod, drop-in format for standard Telecaster routes.
Wound with 44-gauge wire and voiced with a carefully selected blend of Alnico 3 and Alnico 5 magnets, The Tellisonic set delivers punchy transients, rich overtones, and a wide frequency response with exceptional clarity and balance. The neck pickup has an almost acoustic quality; open, sweet, and articulate, while the bridge retains Tele twang with added depth, harmonic content, and vintage mid-range growl.
