Upon receiving your item, please do not dispose of any packing materials until you are certain you are happy with the products.
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) for any reason, please call or email the store for return authorization instructions within 48 hours of receipt. If the item is damaged in shipping, we must be notified within 24 hours.
In the instance of shipping damage, a refund will be issued only AFTER the product(s) are inspected and returned to us by the delivery company with all ORIGINAL packing materials.
All return authorizations will be processed within 72 hours of merchandise being returned to the store.
Only the item’s original purchase price is refundable, regardless of your reason for return. The cost of delivery is not. You are required to pay all return freight charges, including insurance and tracking.
We do not offer partial refunds or repair reimbursements on any items.
