Teuffel Tesla 2001 - Glow in the Dark w/ Gig Bag

This is a very neat instrument known as the Tesla built by Ulrich Teuffel. Ulrich was wonderful in shedding some light on this instrument via email saying it was the first 6 string Tesla built in 2001 for David Torn. It is a really special piece with unique electronic capabilities due to the line in 1/4" that can be utilized momentarily and the Tornipulator electronics. The Steinberger trans-trem has prototype saddles that were supplied by Ned Steinberger. 

Condition: “Good”. The guitar has some wear and tear. There are scratches, marks, dings, etc.. in the finish. It is a bit discolored and has marks and stains from various types of stands. These finishes don't age too gracefully and can get almost tacky feeling in various spots. The nut is a steinberger that was swapped on later which was pointed out by Ulrich, he mentioned that was why the shim was there.

• Includes a heavily padded gig bag that is more than likely original. It is well worn.
