Here we have a Alvarez Yairi DY 74c Acoustic Electric. From the serial number, this seems to be a 1996. It is in excellent condition with no cracks or warping. Action is super low and plays like butter. There is a "Bridge Doctor" that was professionally installed so the bottom bout is dead flat and will stay that way. The bridge is solid with no lifting. Electronics work flawlessly. Overall condition is about a 9 out of 10. The DY74c with factory electronics is one of the rarest Yairis around. There are a few very minor (I would not even want to call them scratches) mojo marks that do not even show up in photos. Also included included is the original Yairi hardshell case that is in great condition. If you have any questions, please call me at[removed]. I will not take less than $950, so don't bother.
