Vintage Fender Telecaster Tele Modded Modified Late 1960’s 1969 1968

A really nice playing guitar that has had some mods done to it. Ive owned this for a few years and purchased it from the original owner. In the 80’s the neck was re clear coated for some reason. Why the date code looks weird. It was re written. Logo could have been redone as well. Body routed for a humbucker. Ive seen some 69 models with that style of route. No middle slot. A vintage T top humbucker was in it but unfourtanly that pickup died. I had this one laying around and looks and sounds good. Tone pot looks to be original, neck plate and bridge pickup looks original or era correct. Same with bridge plate. Neck and body look to be 68/69. Set up for 9’s and frets are a little worn but still plays great.
A great feeling guitar. Around 7 pounds. Obviously full collector value has been effected. But its a great vintage players grade guitar. Not in a rush to sell. Wear here and there. Please understand this is a stripped vintage guitar. Will be shipped in a hardcase or gigbag.
