The Fender Eddie’s Guitars Exclusive American Original Roasted ’50s Telecaster in Blackguard Blonde pays tribute to the legendary workhorse that started it all—while adding custom refinements typically reserved for Fender’s Mod Shop and Custom Shop instruments. Built in Corona, California, this exclusive Telecaster captures the essence of the early 1950s design with tasteful modern updates and boutique-level craftsmanship.

At its core, this Tele features a lightweight ash body finished in a gloss nitrocellulose lacquer—a finish that lets the wood breathe, resonate, and age gracefully over time. The roasted maple neck offers enhanced stability, reduced weight, and a smoother, satin-like feel. Its 1952 “U”-shaped profile fills the hand comfortably, while the 9.5" radius and vintage-tall frets provide an ideal blend of period-correct character and modern playability.

Tone comes courtesy of a set of Fender Custom Shop Nocaster pickups, delivering that iconic Tele twang with clear highs, punchy mids, and a tight, defined low end. Whether you’re chasing classic Bakersfield bite, bluesy grit, or rock crunch, these pickups deliver with remarkable balance and articulation.

Visually, the black anodized aluminum pickguard adds a unique custom touch—lightweight, durable, and resistant to wear. Traditional knurled dome knobsbrass barrel saddles, and Pure Vintage Fender Deluxe tuners complete the vintage-correct aesthetic, while ensuring rock-solid performance.

The result is a Telecaster that feels authentically vintage yet refined, a player’s instrument that honors its roots while offering the reliability and tone demanded by today’s musicians.
