Background

Rick Nielsen’s legendary five-neck guitar became one of rock’s most recognizable stage instruments. The original was created in 1981 by Hammer Style this is not a hammer guitar it is custom built by expert guitar maker Guitars to condense his multi-guitar setup into a single outrageous instrument. Since then, Nielsen’s five-neck models have appeared on countless tours and TV performances, representing the humor and technical flair that define Cheap Trick.

This version honors that design lineage while remaining fully playable and structurally sound.

Signed in person by Rick Nielsen — verified with photo proof of signing included. The finish and electronics are in excellent condition. All five necks are playable; this is a working instrument, not a static display.
