This is a somewhat rare model referred to as a "Globe" Pacer because of the logo. It was made in Japan by ESP and was typically only available overseas. It has many similarities to the Focus 3000 but also some differences like the recessed tremolo cavity cover and lack of a mini toggle coil split. I would rank it as nicer than a Focus 3000 but not quite as nice as a US Pacer Deluxe. The Floyd Rose has been upgraded with a massive brass block and the original posts have been replaced with the more stable and modern stud and inserts. I added a set of original period correct aluminum strap buttons because I just always liked the way they look. The current pickups are a GFS VEH (Vintage Extra Hot) humbucker in the bridge and 2 SBS (GFS/Steve Brown Sound) Lead V single coils in the middle and neck. The neck has a very nice dark rosewood fingerboard with pearl inlays and the frets are in excellent condition. The body does have its fair share of dings that are hard to capture in the pictures. So just know the body may not look quite as good as the pictures suggest. However, over all, the guitar is in great shape..... especially for an over 40 year old guitar. Comes in the original Kramer hardshell case. U.S. only.
