Very Good for its age. Seems all original and I can't find any evidence of a repair of any kind.
Great playing, great sounding, great looking vintage SG. Some of the tags say 1974 but from what I understand the serial numbers from that era are a little random. Seems it's from between 1970 and 1975. It's stamped with made in the USA which means it can only be from 1970 or later. 
Bought it through SAM ASH used but from the included paperwork (See photos) It seems to have gone through Chicago Music Exchange at some point. There's some kind of authentication document from them FWIW.

CASE IS NOT ORIGINAL. SERIAL NUMBER IS 11556X
This one has a very narrow neck. Easy-fast player.
