1980s Prototype Kramer Paul Dean W/case.
This is one of only 4 Kramer Paul Dean guitars produced before the model run was done. The original guitars were a single slant humbucker like EVH had and the fretboards were Ebony. also these were the only Paul Dean guitars to ever have the Banana headstock shape. I've researched the history on these. This guitar suffered a broken headstock at the Canadian Larrivee factory and was not taken on tour. I purchased this directly from the head luthier at Larrivee Canada after that factory closed. I just simply do not have the time to restore this guitar. The headstock is currently taped together and it is being sold as shown in the photos. This is the only one of these to come up for sale. 2 are with Paul, the other 1 is currently hanging in the California Larrivee factory.
