I have for sale a vintage Gibson Explorer Case from the eighties. The interior is in very nice condition, clean with no odors, the exterior has a few tears in the tolex but nothing major. It is very sound structurally, all three latches work and the handle is solid. This would be a nice period correct addition to your vintage explorer.
