This is a polarity inversion 1/4" TRS adapter cable - straight version. I built these specifically to accommodate keyboard/synth expression pedals interfaces that work with the pedal cable's tip/ring voltage in a specific configuration. I have a few of these in both straight and right angle (one end) versions. See my other listing.
These may be used for other purposes where flipping the phase of the Tip/Ring signals is required. I test each one prior to shipping. They are well built with my favorite connectors for personal use throughout my studio.
