A unique rotary mixer painstakingly designed in collaboration with Condesa Electronics, Australia, beginning in April 2024 – sadly no longer needed in my setup by the time of completion.
It underwent rigorous testing prior shipping out July 2025.

CUSTOM MODIFICATIONS:

This is a 4 channel rotary mixer built on the Carmen V platform for DJs and sound designers who value warmth, clarity, and surgical precision in analog mixing. With modifications modeled after other high-end units like the Varia RD-40, this unit expands Condesa’s world-class discrete analog build to allow 7-band independent control for high-precision blending

Dual Isolator Architecture with 3-way Channel ISO

• Lo, Mid, Hi EQ circuits replaced by a set of three 2-pole isolators (full kill) on each channel
• Tuned to work similar to an EQ as to avoid clashing with the Master ISO cut off points

3/4-Way Master ISO (switchable) w/ True Bypass

• Sub, Low, Mid, and High bands with surgical 24dB cuts
• Bypass offers kill switch functionality for Sub bass

FX Insert Mod

Master FX Send/Return modded to support true Insert-style signal path

• Allows dynamic use of external analog processors in-line (e.g. compressors, expanders, harmonic enhancers)
• Return triggers signal reroute, allowing Send to alternatively function as a standalone unbalanced output
