Very good condition 1933 Martin OM-18. No breaks. Looks to be all original outside of the possible upgraded saddle and bridge replacement. This is a very clean example of an early 30’s OM-18. One small repaired crack on the back of the guitar. Appears to be refinished. There is some obvious finish checking happening, as can be seen in the photos. Pickguard is ever so slightly shrinking, but is still very snug to the top. No loose bridge pins etc. Action is quite low at about 3 mm, and the neck is nice and straight. Not much to mention as far as play wear, dents, or scratches go. Back of the neck has very minor signs of wear. Very percussive and resonant, while maintaining note clarity beautifully. The overtones coming off this guitar are pretty spectacular. Neck profile is very comfortable while only having a slight v shape. Nice overly chunky, but a very nice feeling neck. Frets have a good amount of life left. Tuners work well and stay in tune. Intonation is spot on. Serial number matches to 1933. Comes with non-original hard shell case as pictured. Willing to ship or drive a reasonable distance. Always open to offers!
